Pick Up hours
Click and Collect is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays). Our address is 85C Henderson Valley Road, Henderson, Auckland 0602. We are unable to offer collection during the weekends at this stage.
When is my Click and Collect Order Ready
We aim to have click and collect orders ready 30 minutes after you purchase through the website (on weekdays only). You will receive a confirmation email when your item is ready to collect and you can then pop by at your convenience to 85C Henderson

If your plans have changed and you can no longer collect your order, we are happy to arrange this to be sent. Orders under the free shipping threshold will have an additional delivery cost of $8 to any Auckland address (please note it will be extra f
Why is click and collect not showing at checkout?
If you are in Auckland you can Click and Collect from our warehouse at 85c Henderson Valley Road on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Please place your order online prior to coming in, so we can get it ready for you. If Click and Collect isn't showing at
