When is my Click and Collect Order ReadyUpdated 10 months ago

Sorry to hear you didn’t get the automatic email letting you know this parcel was ready for collection (sometimes these do filter through to spam/ junk folders).

 As long as it has been more than one hour since you placed your order (on weekdays) your Click and Collect should be ready on our shelf for collection at your convenience. Pick up is at 85C Henderson Valley Road, Auckland between the hours of Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared for pickup from 10am Monday morning.
