How do I return or exchange an item?Updated 10 months ago

You're most welcome to return an unused item within 90 days of purchase for a refund. Alternatively items can be returned up to 365 days after purchase for either a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be unwashed, unused and unworn and need to be received back into our warehouse in perfect condition including the packaging, with original tags still attached. 

Please visit  https://www.thesleepstore.co.nz/returns-exchanges to download the returns form to include with your item and read all terms and conditions prior to posting your order back. Shipping is not refundable on returns.
